Refund Policy

When you’re eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how cancellations work — in plain language.

1. Overview

Prowlify is a subscription-based software service. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how cancellations work. It applies to all paid Prowlify plans. Our free plan does not involve a payment and is therefore not covered by this policy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with Prowlify. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies to the first payment on a new subscription. We may decline refund requests where we detect abuse of this guarantee (for example, repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles).

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Renewal charges (after your first 14 days) are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example, you meant to cancel but did not — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again, and you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period unless you also qualify under the 14-day money-back guarantee above.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with the details below:

  • The email address associated with your Prowlify account
  • Your order or receipt number (included in the receipt sent by Paddle)
  • A brief reason for the refund request

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Billing & Merchant of Record

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries relating to billing and processes refunds on our behalf. You may also submit billing questions or refund requests directly through Paddle using the link on your emailed receipt.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email or a notice in the dashboard.
