By using the Prowlify browser extension or web dashboard ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Prowlify is a Reddit research and engagement platform. The browser extension acts as a companion to the web dashboard — it syncs your Reddit browser session, fetches Reddit content on your behalf, and executes actions (such as posting replies) that you initiate and approve through the dashboard.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:
- Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
- Spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages on Reddit
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse Reddit's platform in any way
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Reddit Account Responsibility
The extension operates using your own Reddit browser session. Any actions taken through the Service (posting comments, sending messages) appear as actions from your Reddit account. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to post and for ensuring it complies with Reddit's rules and the rules of individual subreddits.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to qualify leads and generate reply drafts. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is posted on Reddit. We are not responsible for AI-generated content that you choose to post.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Prowlify. You retain ownership of any content you create or post through the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party platforms (Reddit, cloud infrastructure, AI providers) that are outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prowlify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: Reddit account suspensions, lost leads, or inaccurate AI outputs.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
