Is this really lifetime, or lifetime-until-you-change-your-mind?
It is the lifetime of your account, on the tier you bought, with the platforms and features that are live at the time of purchase. Your plan has no renewal date and no expiry — we never bill you again for it. If we later build something genuinely new and expensive, it may be sold separately, but nothing you bought today gets taken away or moved behind a new paywall.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The agent pauses on the paid actions until your credits reset at the start of the next month — you are not charged anything, and nothing breaks. You keep access to your data, your leads and your settings the whole time. If you need more headroom every month, buy a higher tier (see the stacking answer below) or add a regular subscription alongside it.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes. Buy a higher tier at any time and the higher one wins — your account moves up to that plan and its credit allowance. You are never downgraded by a later purchase, and you keep both records of purchase. Seats are per tier, so upgrading depends on that tier still having seats left.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, and this is deliberate. Credits reset at the start of each UTC month and unused ones do not bank. Rollover would turn a bounded commitment into an unbounded one, and unbounded commitments are exactly how lifetime deals end up being quietly withdrawn a year later. A cap we can honour forever is worth more to you than a promise we cannot.
What if Prowlify shuts down?
Then the software stops, the same as with any tool you pay for. We are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can control is that the deal is sized so it does not put us in danger: 100 seats, capped monthly credits, and no unlimited tier. This offer is deliberately small enough that selling it out does not create a liability we cannot carry. You can also export your leads at any time on every tier here.
How is this different from the monthly plans?
It is the same product and the same caps as the equivalent monthly plan — you are just paying once instead of every month. Lifetime Growth gets the same 30,000 monthly credits as the $59/mo Growth plan. The only real difference is the seat cap and that there is no recurring charge.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. Email support and we refund it and release your seat back to the pool. We would rather return your money than have you feel stuck with something that was not right for you.
I bought before creating an account. What now?
Check your email. We send a redemption code with every purchase; create your account, open Account → Billing, and paste it in. The code is tied to your purchase, not to a deadline, so there is no rush.
